Sixel Consulting Group Welcomes Kaela Harmon, Marketing and Public Relations Manager
EUGENE, OREGON (May 2, 2016) – Sixel Consulting Group, one of the nation’s leading air service development and airport marketing firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Kaela Harmon as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager. Kaela will be responsible for developing strategic marketing initiatives, public outreach campaigns and stakeholder engagement programs for airports throughout the company’s client network.
Kaela has more than 10 years of experience in marketing, public relations, brand management and broadcast media with over four years specializing in the aviation industry. She began her career in the industry at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) where she oversaw the airport’s rebranding efforts. During her tenure she effectively worked to re-establish the airport’s position in its community and increased the airport’s visibility within the industry. Additionally, her work in support of the airport’s air service development strategies led to steady increases in capacity and record-breaking growth for the airport.

Kaela is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and is a member of the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) Marketing and Communications Steering Group. Kaela graduated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Mass Communications, and currently resides in Columbia, SC, where she is actively engaged in her community as a member of multiple boards and organizations.
